Join Our Team as a Chief Accountant with Call Center Expertise!

Are you a detailoriented accounting professional with experience in the call center industry We are seeking a dynamic Chief Accountant to lead our finance team. This is your opportunity to make a significant impact in a fastpaced customerfocused environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Chief Accountant

  • Financial Oversight: Manage and oversee the financial operations including budget preparation auditing and financial reporting.
  • Policy Implementation: Develop and implement accounting policies to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the accounting team fostering an environment of collaboration continuous learning and professional development.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to increase efficiency and accuracy within the finance department.
  • CrossDepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to streamline operations and support business growth initiatives.
  • Risk Management: Assess financial risks and create action plans to mitigate them ensuring the companys financial stability.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategic planning discussions by providing financial insights and analyses.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field. Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA CIMA) is highly preferred.
  • Industry Experience: At least 5 years of experience in accounting roles with a minimum of 2 years in budgeting planning and forecastinga call center environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive knowledge of accounting software and proficiency in using financial management tools.
  • English Proficiency: Excellent command of English both written and verbal with strong communication skills.
  • Customer Focus: Ability to understand and align financial strategies with customer needs and organisational goals.
  • Time Management: Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently in a highpaced environment.
  • Teamwork and Leadership: Proven track record of effective team management and collaboration across departments.
