Position
Join Our Team: Sales Associate
Are you passionate about fashion and driven by excellence in customer service We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our vibrant team. If you thrive in a fastpaced retail environment and have a flair for achieving sales targets we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction.
- Provide insights and information on product features based on customers needs.
- Achieve both monthly and annual sales targets.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with customers using our client book.
- Support instore visual merchandising and maintenance of display standards.
- Stay informed about our promotions and advertising campaigns.
- Participate actively in store meetings and training sessions.
- Manage and expand client relationships including acquiring new clients.
Candidate Profile:
- Holds a Bachelors degree or Diploma in Business Administration.
- Has at least 2 years of experience in retail preferably in the luxury sector
- Exhibits excellent grooming and communication skills.
- Demonstrates a strong passion for fashion and luxury goods.
- Provides outstanding customer service skills.
- Able to manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods.
- Flexible to work various shifts including nights weekends and holidays.
- Complies with all company policies and standards.
