2. Perform regular onsite visits to various locations within the company to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of existing security measures.
3. Maintain detailed records of inspection findings observations and recommendations. Prepare comprehensive reports documenting assessment outcomes and proposed security enhancements.
4. Prepare and distribute securityrelated correspondence reports and documents.
5. Conduct onsite visits to assess security measures and ensure compliance with the company security requirements.
6. Work closely with internal departments external vendors and security personnel to coordinate inspections address security concerns and implement improvements.
7. Monitor and report on compliance status addressing noncompliance issues promptly.
