The Business Continuity Manager is responsible for leading companywide contingency planning and business continuity activities.
Design build and implement standard risk assessment business impact analysis and other business continuity tools and capabilities.
Drive and deliver effective business continuity strategies to support and in time of disaster recover the companys critical business and technology functions.
Keep up to date with trends in the macro environment to understand external factors impacting business continuity.
Direct the continuous and regular validation and testing of documented business continuity plans.
Monitor and advice regarding critical technology issues and threats.
Ensure ongoing availability of Disaster recovery facilities systems and processes in case of crisis.
Liaise with stakeholders to understand keyperson risk and implement contingent measures.
Maintain BCMS ISO 22301 certification by complying with all mandatory requirements and timely closing of any major or minor nonconformities.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Over 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
