الوصف الوظيفي
- To prepare reconciliation of client/Insurance company accounts
- To liaison with Internal department and resolve queries related to transactions
- To liaise with Internal department and Insurance companies and arrange collection of outstanding premiums & commission.
- To assist Credit Manager in the preparation of Ageing and related credit control reports
- To ensure statements are dispatched to internal department and Insurance companies on a regular basis
- To carry out allocation and matching of settlements as per details provided by insurance companies/Clients
- To assist in identifying credit risk and in identifying doubtful debts & communicate to BM & FC
- To ensure credit control blocking system of each month.
- To provide all the reports to Head of finance within deadline.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting finance or collections
Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
