Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QC Manager to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The QC Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes and procedures to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of implementing and managing quality control systems.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
- Oversee the inspection and testing of materials and finished products
- Analyze quality control data to identify areas for improvement
- Train and mentor quality control staff
- Collaborate with other departments to address quality issues and implement solutions
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- 5 years of experience in quality control management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Indepth knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
- Certification in quality control is a plus
Strong technical knowledge in dental equipment installation, repair, and maintenance. Proficiency in handling and repairing a wide range of dental products including dental engines, physio units, dental implant handpieces, and motors. Expertise in Dental CBCT (X-ray) systems and ability to troubleshoot issues. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and provide technical support.
Education
Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Master of Dental Surgery (MDS).
