Key Responsibilities:
- Road & Outdoor Lighting Design: Utilize Road lighting software such as Lighting Reality AGI or Litestar to develop tailored outdoor lighting solutions.
- Lighting Layouts: Create detailed lighting layouts using CAD Photoshop and PDF formats that align with safety and performance standards.
- Loop & Shop Drawings: Produce accurate loop and shop drawings in CAD ensuring they are exportready in PDF.
- Technical Drawings: Develop section and elevation details in CAD to support design clarity and compliance.
- Product Selection & Compliance Verification: Conduct product selection and ensure compliance with lighting regulations safety codes and industry standards.
- Detailed Specifications & Documentation: Document technical lighting specifications in PDF and prepare load schedules in MS Excel for project management.
- BOQ Preparation: Compile Bill of Quantities (BOQ) in MS Excel to support budgeting and planning.
- Reports & 3D Renders: Generate comprehensive reports that include calculations and 3D renders using Dialux and PowerPoint for effective client presentations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Required Software Proficiency:
- Road and Outdoor Lighting Software: Lighting Reality AGI or Litestar (mandatory)
- AutoCAD Dialux 4.13 Dialux EVO Revit Photoshop SketchUp 3Ds Max PowerPoint
- Experience Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a Lighting Designer with a focus on outdoor lighting.
- Proficiency in producing technical drawings and selecting products for outdoor applications.
- Knowledge of compliance standards and outdoor lighting regulations.
Strong communication skills for clientfacing interactions and teamwork.
