- Key Responsibilities:
Manual Invoicing of all property projects
Working on invoicing and organizing all the events such as the summer vibes
Opex PRs reconciliation
Work on boulevard world master sheet
Assisted with budget updates
Bank and invoices reconciliations
Handled the summer vibes project completely from invoicing to collection data.
Communicating with AR and Collection team.
Handling all all the contracts and customers entry in the propertynet system
Multiple manual data entry
Sales reports entry and forecasting
Tenants discount studies
Track Suppliers invoices and contracts
Power BI Data entry.
- Requirements:
03 Years of Experience
Finance Accounting Economics Degree
Technical Analysis
Communication Skills.
Microsoft Office Skills.
