ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish lead and develop Account management and sales teams
Ensure effective bid management processes are in place and oversee the implementation to appropriately fulfil RFP s requirements in order to achieve sales targets.
Work closely with related departments to ensure following an effective and accurate pricing methodology costs management process and reliable risk assessment
Collaborate with the Business Development Department to develop a new product through meetings with the private and public sectors
Manage sales through forecasting account resource allocation account strategy and planning.
Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve longterm success
Develop positive relationships with clients
Act as the point of contact and handle customers individual needs
Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
Establish oversee and develop the presales process/plan to provide high quality proposals and meet client expectations
Establish and maintain strategic relationships with current and potential clients
Develop sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
Build and lead the sales team effectively which impacted significantly the sales department performance and revenue as well
Build and promote strong longlasting customer relationships
Achieve growth and hit Business Solutions targets.
Present sales revenue forecasts and expenses reports to the management team.

Requirements

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

o 9 years of experience in Sales & Account Management.
o Bachelors degree in Business management master is a plus.
o Proven record of managing Key Accounts.
o Proven record of managing team.
o Networks & Connections within Government client is a plus.
o The ability to travel to and meet with accounts within the entire country is essential.
o Demonstrated success in building elevating and nurturing relationships resulting in increased revenue growth.
o Must be a Saudi National.
o Strong team player
