- Monitor and maintain systems to ensure that services run smoothly and disruptions are minimized. Support all business teams regarding system inquires and guide them.
- Provide guidance on payment platforms ensures users can use them efficiently reducing userrelated errors or support requests.
- Work closely with developers and operations personnel to resolve bugs glitches and system problems efficiently.
- Assist users in navigating and using payment systems correctly to ensure smooth transactions.
- Document all configurations system changes and issues for future reference and compliance purposes to maintain accurate and detailed records that support efficient troubleshooting and ensure system stability.
- Maintain a log of both internal system problems and external issues to ensure they are addressed and resolved.
- Address missed vouchers by ensuring they are either refunded or reprocessed to ensure financial accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Cover operations 24X7 and perform Health checks on database queries and Backend systems on a rotational basis.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field. (ITI & NTI graduates are preferred)
- 24 years as a Technical Support Engineer Preferred experience in EPayments Platform.
- Strong SQL/PL SQL knowledge.
- Strong Linux (scripting searching operate .).
- Strong result orientation and customer centric
- Excellent communication skills.
