Position: General Manager
Company: RealEstate Brokerage Co Cairo
Contract Details: Fulltime
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our RealEstate Brokerage Co in Cairo. As the General Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the companys operations including sales marketing finance and human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives and sales channels
- Develop the Management & sales Team
- Lead and manage a team of real estate agents and support staff
- Oversee the sales process including lead generation client acquisition and closing deals
- Overseee the Company operations and tune the process as required
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients investors and other stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth
- Manage the companys financial performance and ensure profitability
- Develop and implement marketing plans to promote the companys services and properties
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Provide guidance and support to agents on complex transactions and negotiations
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Real Estate or a related field
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the real estate industry
- proven track Record in Managing Large Portfolio (Brokerage of Developer)
- Proven Sales Track Record and Growth of Real Estate Business
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and decisionmaking abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Valid real estate license is preferred
