الوصف الوظيفي

Responsibilities:

1. Key account growth & relationship management
o Visit key accounts daily to assess stock levels ensure product availability and identify replenishment needs
o Build and maintain strong relationships with branch managers to ensure brand visibility and cooperation
o Act as a trusted advisor by providing product insights and addressing challenges proactively
o Recruit & convert new key accounts and expand partnerships with new clients

2. Merchandising & product presentation
o Ensure optimal product presentation to attract customers and drive sales
o Monitor product shelf space ensuring premium placement on gondolas shelves or special displays
o Secure prime shelf space through negotiation to maintain product visibility
o Confirm merchandising materials such as posters wobblers and stickers are correctly positioned and maintained

3. Promotional campaigns & sampling
o Collaborate with branch managers and instore staff to implement promotional campaigns effectively
o Organize sampling sessions with brand ambassadors to promote products in key outlets
o Collaborate with the Commercial Manager and marketing team to execute product activations at retail locations

4. Personality & collaboration
o Foster a positive energetic and resultsoriented environment with retail and instore teams
o Work with the Commercial Manager to develop targeted growth strategies for key accounts
o Engage in problemsolving to prevent stockouts or service disruptions
o Maintain clear communication between instore teams and Mapinga Premium Foods to resolve issues efficiently
5.Sales monitoring & reporting

o Provide reports to Commercial Manager daily and weekly sales volumes for each key account to identify trends and growth opportunities
o Provide reports to the Commercial Manager on performance stock status and areas requiring attention
o Ensure a consistent weekly order rhythm by following up with accounts and confirming timely orders



Requirements

Requirements:

o 45 years of FMCG sales or account management experience with distributors wholesalers or retail accounts
o Proven ability to build and manage longterm relationships with retail managers and store staff
o Energetic and salesdriven personality with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
o Excellent communication skills to influence and convince retail partners
o Experience with merchandising and product presentation strategies
o Strong problemsolving skills to quickly resolve issues and prevent stockouts
o Selfmotivated with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
o Ability to thrive in a fastpaced targetdriven environment
o Ability to create structure and deliver results in a scaleup environment
