We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Molecular Biologist/Medical Geneticist to join our dynamic research and clinical team. This role is critical for advancing our understanding of genetic disorders and developing innovative solutions for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention. Key Responsibilities:

Research and Development:
- Conduct cutting-edge research in molecular biology and genetics to investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying genetic diseases.
- Design and execute experiments utilizing techniques such as PCR, sequencing, CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing, and other molecular biology methodologies.

- Collaborate with clinical teams to develop and validate genetic tests and biomarkers for hereditary and acquired diseases.
- Participate in patient consultations and genetic counseling sessions to communicate test results and implications to patients and their families.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the field of genetics to enhance clinical services.

- Maintain accurate records of experiments, results, and analyses in compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including grant applications and scientific publications.

- Mentor and train junior staff and students in molecular biology techniques and research methodologies.

Desired candidate profile
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Genetics, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in molecular biology techniques, including next-generation sequencing and genetic analysis.
