Reservations Agent

What you will be doing:
Consistently offer exceptional friendly and engaging service
Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through upselling
Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests
Book room reservation requests enter rooming lists and update accurate information in the system
A Cluster Reservations Agent is responsible for maintaining effective communication on all reservations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery following Ibis Seef Manama and Ibis Styles Diplomatic Area. Process all reservation inquiries made by phone or email efficiently and accurately. Convert inquiries into sales to maximize revenue & occupancy. Promote the desired work culture around the core values of Trust Respect Sustainable Performance Spirit of Conquest Innovation and Guest Passion.
