Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in expanding our talent pipeline. This position will be instrumental in driving ICPs growth by ensuring a seamless efficient hiring process across all stages from sourcing to onboarding. The ideal candidate has a strategic mindset and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Management: Oversee the fullcycle recruitment process including sourcing interviewing evaluating and presenting candidates for various positions across the company.
- Candidate Sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract highquality candidates utilizing a mix of platforms networks and job boards.
- Screening & Selection: Conduct initial screenings evaluate candidate fit based on role requirements and schedule further interview stages including video interviews for Englishspeaking assessment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and ICP leadership to understand workforce needs and tailor recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process with timely communication and feedback.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track recruitment KPIs (e.g. timetohire offer acceptance rate) and report insights to improve efficiency and quality in hiring processes.
- Brand Building: Act as a brand ambassador for ICP promoting our mission and values to attract the best talent.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field.
- 3 years of recruiting experience preferably in a growing company or agency setting.
- Strong experience in pipeline management and candidate sourcing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Detailoriented with a proactive approach to improving processes.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms (LinkedIn Indeed etc.).
- Familiarity with international recruitment and/or offshore staffing is a plus.
