Day Case Surgery Nurse - Tagalog Speaker

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess plan implement and evaluate nursing care for patients undergoing day case surgeries.
  
• Conduct preoperative assessments including health history physical examinations and patient education regarding surgical procedures and recovery.
  
• Assist the surgical team during procedures ensuring the sterile field is maintained and all equipment is prepared and functioning.
  
• Monitor patients in the recovery area providing care and support until they are stable and ready for discharge.
  
• Educate patients and their families about postoperative care potential complications and followup appointments.
  
• Work closely with surgeons anesthetists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
  
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care assessments and any changes in condition.
  
• Adhere to all hospital policies procedures and safety protocols as well as local regulatory requirements.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
  
• Valid nursing license in Saudi Arabia or eligibility for licensures.
  
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in day case surgery perioperative care In patient surgical experience or a related field.
  
• Strong clinical assessment skills excellent communication abilities and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR).
  
• ACLS Certified
  
• Proficient in English
