Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative, your primary role will involve identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities throughout the Kuwaiti market. You will be tasked with building and maintaining robust client relationships to not only boost sales but also foster loyalty and trust in our brand. Achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets will be a critical aspect of your performance, and you will be expected to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to Srundeep’s diverse product lines.

Collaboration is key in this role; you will work closely with our marketing and production teams to ensure that client needs and expectations are met. Your insights will help inform product development and marketing strategies, making you an integral part of our operations.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must have a minimum of five years of sales experience specifically in the perfume industry. An in-depth knowledge of perfume products and market trends is essential for understanding client preferences and successfully pitching our offerings. You should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong customer service orientation. Being a resident of Kuwait and available for full-time work is a requirement, ensuring that you can fully engage with our local clientele.
