Position Overview:
In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment cycles, focusing on both contract and permanent placements in technology roles. Leveraging your regional knowledge and existing relationships, you will cultivate and grow client partnerships while identifying new business opportunities across the MENA region.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee all stages of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to successful placement in technology positions.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
Networking and Business Development: Travel across the Middle East to strengthen connections, expand your client portfolio, and tap into new markets.
Candidate Attraction Strategies: Create and implement effective strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates in a competitive tech landscape.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of agency recruitment experience, ideally within the technology sector or related industries.
Local Market Expertise: Proven knowledge of the Middle Eastern tech recruitment landscape, with an established network and existing local relationships.
Language Proficiency: Native or fluent Arabic speaker, with a deep understanding of cultural nuances and business practices in the region.
