Job Description: Sales Executive(Building Materials)

Overview

Alliance Group is a leading company in trading building materials in OMAN. We are seeking a competent and experienced Showroom Manager to join our team and contribute to our growth and success.

Job Accountabilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research networking and cold calling.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients contractors and key stakeholders in the construction industry.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings including specifications and applications to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our building materials and solutions to potential clients.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer needs to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and close sales effectively.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to company policies and standards.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and transactions and prepare regular sales reports for management.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams including purchasing and logistics to ensure smooth execution of orders and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from clients to understand their satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Industry Networking: Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our products and expand our network.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 310 years of outdoor sales experience preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is required.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi and/or Arabic is an advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • SelfMotivated: Highly motivated and targetdriven with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
