Technical Mastery & Learning

• Expertise Development: Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of Skyflow’s Privacy Vault and its integration within enterprise data frameworks.
• Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with emerging architectural trends, cloud technologies, and API best practices to provide cutting-edge solutions to our clients.
• Privacy Expertise: Become an industry authority on data privacy and "privacy by design" principles.

Solutioning & Customer Engagement

• Tailored Architectures: Design customized solutions that illustrate how the Skyflow Privacy Vault can be effectively integrated into customer environments, driving significant business value.
• Technical Evaluations: Lead technical assessments, develop bespoke demonstrations, and deliver high-quality proof of concepts (POCs) to highlight Skyflow’s capabilities.
• Understanding Client Needs: Gain a thorough understanding of customer business challenges, proactively proposing solutions that enhance their data privacy, security, and compliance initiatives.

Leadership & Internal Collaboration

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Skyflow’s product and engineering teams to convert customer requirements into actionable product enhancements.
• External Representation: Act as a representative of Skyflow, illustrating how we tackle some of the most pressing data privacy challenges in the industry.
• Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Desired candidate profile

Desired Qualifications

• Enterprise Experience: Proven track record in pre-sales or technical customer-facing roles, focusing on enterprise-level engagements.
• Technical Discussion Leadership: Ability to lead technical conversations with Product Managers, Developers, Engineers, and C-level stakeholders, translating complex concepts into clear business outcomes.
• Relationship Management: Strong background in building and managing relationships within fast-paced, technical environments, particularly in pre and post-sales settings.
• Cloud and API Expertise: Proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) and API-centric development (REST, GraphQL, microservices).
• Data Architecture Knowledge: In-depth understanding of various data architectures, including relational databases, NoSQL data stores, ETL processes, and integration workflows.
• Application Security Background: Strong foundation in application security, encompassing Authentication (AuthN), Authorization (AuthZ), Key Management, and advanced security models (PBAC, ABAC, RBAC).
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, capable of presenting complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
