Job Overview
As MLWD R&M Specialist III has responsibility for assisting with the development of reliabilitybased maintenance strategy based on preventive and predictive maintenance for the product line equipment. Work directly with the Maintenance Manager to build a reliable system and maintenance team. Works with Repair and Maintenance Technicians to schedule workload. Primarily activity is at workshop troubleshooting repairing refurbishing implementing mandatory modifications and executing and/or planning preventive and corrective maintenance of field equipment and tools helping to mitigate assets related nonproductive time and improve overall field service delivery performance. He/she may be required to attend a client location to perform his/her duties whenever an R&M task is deemed necessary to carry over a field operation.
Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced repairs and maintenance on LWD tools and systems ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Conduct thorough troubleshooting and diagnostics on LWD equipment utilizing both manual and computerized methods.
- Collaborate with field personnel to provide onsite technical support and training as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities repairs and equipment performance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Support the design and improvement of LWD equipment and tools by providing feedback and insights based on field experiences.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the team.
- Mentor and train junior technicians and other team members.
- Participate in project planning and execution providing input on equipment selection and maintenance strategies.
- Stay updated on technological advancements in LWD systems and industry best practices.

Qualifications:
- High Diploma with relevant experience
- 35 Years of related experience on Repairing and Troubleshooting LWD Sensors and DS Tools
