Responsibility:
A retail sales trainer is responsible for providing training and support to retail sales in order to improve their selling skills and brand knowledge including materials and lenses.
Increase sales and customer satisfaction following eyewa customer experience to be best in class.
Ensuring that retail teams are compliant with company policies and procedures
Responsible for providing training and support to retail store employees within a specific region.
Their job duties include designing and delivering training programs
Localizing/translating all the training topics/ materials
Assessing the effectiveness of training
Coaching and mentoring store employees
Managing budgets and resources related to training
Providing reports to SM. AM management
Responsible for keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices
Review the performance of staff identify training needs and plan training sessions.
Coach motivate and retain staff.
Take up scheduled and regular 11 with the customer service agents.
Professional skills:
Good communication skills in English &/ Arabic.
Problem Solving Skills.
Ability to coach and give feedback.
