The Mall Operations Supervisor is responsible for the daytoday operations of the mall ensuring a safe clean and enjoyable environment for both tenants and customers. This role oversees various aspects of mall management including security maintenance cleaning and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Security:
- Coordinate with the security team to ensure the safety and security of the mall property tenants and customers.
- Implement and enforce security protocols and procedures.
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies.
- Maintenance:
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the mall property including common areas restrooms and parking lots.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Cleaning:
- Supervise the cleaning staff and ensure that the mall is clean and tidy at all times.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and standards.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 23 years of experience in mall operations or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
