سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكترونيIn this position, you will collaborate with internal teams and clients to drive new business opportunities by designing deployment strategies, developing Talent Acquisition (TA) solutions, estimating launch costs, preparing client presentations, and supporting the creation and review of contractual documentation. You will conduct thorough TA assessments and act as the primary liaison for all TA-related activities, ensuring that program objectives are clearly defined and met, and that high-quality personnel are selected to achieve hiring goals.
You will manage and oversee the implementation of projects and internal initiatives, ensuring effective communication of key program requirements and statuses to clients, internal team members, and other stakeholders. Additionally, you will collaborate with the business on recruitment and sourcing plans, partnering with local training and operations teams to ensure that established goals are successfully achieved.
Your role will also involve teaming up with corporate functions to facilitate the launch of new sites and support medium to large client ramp-ups. From a People & Culture perspective, your responsibilities will include overseeing recruiting efforts, assisting in the hiring of site management, and aiding in the implementation of company-wide human capital systems. You will ensure that proper communications are distributed and compliance with human capital processes is maintained during launch and ramp phases, as well as compile and distribute requested data related to training attendance and attrition.
Qualifications:
You should possess a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, along with a proven track record in leading the implementation of medium to large-scale projects. Knowledge and experience in TA solution design across EMEA regions are essential. You must be capable of effectively facilitating meetings and developing detailed, high-quality deliverables to support new project implementations.
Experience in the call center industry, particularly within a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) context, is highly desirable. You should have a strong background in communicating with senior-level management and clients, and experience with Pan-European or African recruitment, market research, and compensation and benefits is preferred.
Proficiency in word processing software, spreadsheets, flowcharting applications, and project management tools, such as MS Project, MS Office, and Visio, is required. Additionally, your ability to work effectively within cross-functional project teams is crucial for success in this role.
