Key Responsibilities:
As a Digital Transformation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation initiatives that adhere to the Digital Government Authority’s (DGA) governance standards. Your deep understanding of these standards will ensure that all digital transformation efforts are compliant with national policies, guidelines, and best practices. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing comprehensive digital transformation roadmaps that enhance e-government services, improve operational efficiency, and foster innovation across both public and private sectors.
In this role, you will integrate various digital services while ensuring alignment with the DGA's Government Interoperability Framework. Your expertise will be critical in supporting the pre-sale process, contributing to product development, and engaging in marketing activities. Your knowledge of government-level digital transformation strategies will enable you to deliver tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients.
Additionally, you will establish and manage digital governance structures that fulfill the DGA's requirements, promoting accountability, transparency, and effective management of digital assets and services. Your proficiency in managing and governing data in accordance with DGA, SDAIA, and other governmental policies will be crucial in safeguarding data integrity and compliance.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess a deep understanding of digital governance frameworks and have demonstrated experience in digital transformation projects within the public sector. Your ability to articulate complex concepts clearly will be essential in communicating with stakeholders at all levels. A proficiency in English at B2 level or higher is preferable, and being a native Arabic speaker will be a significant advantage, as it will facilitate better communication with local clients and partners.
Recruitment Process:
The recruitment process for this position consists of two online interviews. The first will be a 30-minute session with a Recruiter to discuss your background and motivations. The second interview will be more in-depth, lasting up to one hour, and will involve the Pre-Sales Director of P2H Arabia and the Pre-Sales Project Manager. This will allow us to assess your fit for the role and explore your approach to digital transformation in greater detail.
