Key Responsibilities
Conducting Assessments: You will perform comprehensive organizational assessments to pinpoint areas needing improvement. This involves evaluating current practices, team dynamics, and leadership effectiveness to identify gaps and opportunities for development.
Designing Development Programs: Based on assessment findings, you will design and implement customized organizational development programs. These programs will be strategically aligned with the organization's goals, ensuring they address specific needs and enhance overall performance.

Qualifications
