We are seeking a talented ID BIM Modeler to join our team and contribute to our exciting projects.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain detailed Building Information Models (BIM) for interior design projects using software such as Revit AutoCAD and BIM 360.
- Collaborate with architects engineers and interior designers to integrate design concepts into BIM models.
- Ensure models are accurate uptodate and comply with project specifications and standards.
- Create and modify 3D models 2D drawings and documentation as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with project teams to identify and resolve any design conflicts or issues in the models.
- Assist in generating visualizations presentations and reports to communicate design intent effectively.
- Stay current with industry trends software updates and best practices in BIM technology.
- Provide training and support to team members on BIM tools and workflows.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Interior Design Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience of 5years in GCC as a BIM Modeler preferably in the construction or interior design industry.
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit Navisworks etc.) and CAD tools.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles construction methods and building codes.
- Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
