As the Investment and Business Development Director, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our company's mission of driving sustainable urban development projects. Key Responsibilities:

2. Opportunity Identification: Conducting in-depth market research and feasibility studies will be crucial in identifying potential investment opportunities in sustainable urban development. • Proven track record of successfully sourcing, structuring, and closing investment deals, preferably in the infrastructure or real estate sector.
