Customer Interaction: Respond to incoming calls emails and messages from clients and potential buyers providing information on properties services and the buying process.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive outreach and followup communications.
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule property viewings open houses and meetings for real estate agents.
Database Management: Maintain accurate and updated records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system documenting interactions and client details.
Issue Resolution: Address client concerns and issues efficiently escalating matters to supervisors when necessary.
Market Knowledge: Stay informed about current real estate market trends property listings and company offerings to provide accurate information to clients.
FollowUp: Conduct followup calls to ensure client satisfaction and to promote additional services offered by the company.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in a call center customer service or real estate is preferred.
Skills:- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
