As a Front Office Agent, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.Reporting to the Director of Front Office and istant Front Office Manager(s), responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.Greet, check in and settle guest accounts while ensuring all service standards are followedMaintain accurate records of daily transactions and cash handling, which includes currency exchange and balancing a floatHandle guest requests, questions and concerns effectively and promptlyPromote a professional team environmentFollow department policies, procedures and service standardsPerforms any and all other tasks igned by managementUpholds the highest standard of internal and external customer service at all timesTake initiative to add a personalized experienceProudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guests stay through up-sellingQualificationsProficient in the English Language (verbal & written), second language is an etPrevious experience and knowledge of Property Manager is an etRequired knowledge of Windows Office SuiteMust be able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilities Able to stand for long periods, at least 8 hours per shiftMust be able to lift up to 50 poundsAdditional InformationThe hotel reserves the right to revise all job descriptions from time to time as business needs demand.
