SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Support the Sales manager in promoting and selling a range of Decorative products to new/existing/specified potential customers by utilizing Jotuns sales tools and techniques to develop strong customer relationships to achieve budgeted sales gross margin DSO ( Days Sales Outstanding) and with the aim of increasing Jotun market share and profitability.
This position will be based in Riyadh and report directly to the Area Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
Introduce promote and sell Decorative products to allocated customers and territories through regular visits to maintain relationships and gather market information.
Coordinate marketing activities and campaigns for decorative products to achieve sales budgets.
Implement sales policies and marketing activities in accordance with company rules to support growth and business efficacy.
Conduct robust followup on collections to meet assigned targets and ensure healthy working capital.
Maintain relationships with distributors by providing highquality service and addressing customer complaints.
Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) effectively to create and maintain data.
Coordinate with relevant departments for timely delivery and excellent customer service while also conducting area audits to identify market potential with the Supervisor.
