SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Support the Sales manager in promoting and selling a range of Decorative products to new/existing/specified potential customers by utilizing Jotuns sales tools and techniques to develop strong customer relationships to achieve budgeted sales gross margin DSO ( Days Sales Outstanding) and with the aim of increasing Jotun market share and profitability.

This position will be based in Riyadh and report directly to the Area Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
  • Introduce promote and sell Decorative products to allocated customers and territories through regular visits to maintain relationships and gather market information.
  • Coordinate marketing activities and campaigns for decorative products to achieve sales budgets.
  • Implement sales policies and marketing activities in accordance with company rules to support growth and business efficacy.
  • Conduct robust followup on collections to meet assigned targets and ensure healthy working capital.
  • Maintain relationships with distributors by providing highquality service and addressing customer complaints.
  • Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) effectively to create and maintain data.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments for timely delivery and excellent customer service while also conducting area audits to identify market potential with the Supervisor.

What We Look For:
  • Any Bachelors degree preferably in Business or Marketing.
  • 13 years of relevant experience in Sales industry Retail sales are preferable
  • Fluency in Arabic & English both verbally and written.
Location: Riyadh Saudi Arabia.
