ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with line manager to achieve revenue goals (monthly quarterly biannual annual).
2. identify and acquire new clients in the POS and ecommerce sectors through proactive outreach networking and relationship building. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
3.Ensure client satisfaction in all aspects and consistent growth in revenue/profit margin as targeted by the management.
4. Responsible to strengthen client relationships and ensure the successful continuance of business from the Clients.
5. Research and identifies New Business Opportunities.
6.Drive sales growth by initiating contact with potential clients nurturing relationships and facilitating the sale of products including software solutions and services within the payments sector
7. Negotiates with the merchant/Client and finalizes the terms and conditions during the contract renewal/ amendment.
8. Prepares monthly performance reports and clients visit reports.
9. Meetings of the projections anticipated from three months and above.
10. Identify opportunities for product enhancement or new product development through comprehensive analysis of market trends and competitor activities.
11. Facilitate client requirement meetings both in person and/or remotely using current online applications.
12. Respond to the client queries regarding the products in a timely manner.
13. Able to address clients question technically. Proactively research and evaluate new sourcing and research ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies.
14. Assist in companys branding and media communication activities such as advertisements marketing collaterals and website.
15. Determine crossselling opportunities among different products.
16. Supervise the client relationship management database and utilize it to manage customer contacts and mailing lists.
17. Reach sales target given by the top management (monthly quarterly biannual annual).

QUALIFICATION & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
1. Degree in Financial Marketing Management Business Information Systems or similar.
2. Extensive experience preferably in Business Development.
4. Demonstrable track record of devising salesenhancing strategies.
5. Unmatched supervision research and troubleshooting skills.
6. Exceptional consulting and quality assurance abilities.
7. Ability to tackle the demands of everevolving technological implements with ease.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:
1. POS & ECommerce Platforms and Solutions
2. Payment Gateway Solutions and System (Upgrade and Migration)
3. Channel integrations and certifications (ATM CDM Internet Banking Mobile Banking IVR POS & mPOS)
4. Protocols Compliances and Standards (e.g. PCIDSS ISO8583 NDC 91x VBV XFS etc.)
5. Knowledge of various types of payment cards including VISA MasterCard & American Express (AMEX).
