Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement English language training programs tailored to the needs of hotel staff.
- Conduct individual and group lessons focusing on conversational English hospitalityspecific vocabulary and professional communication skills.
- Assess the English proficiency levels of staff and create personalized learning plans.
- Prepare and deliver engaging and interactive lessons using a variety of instructional techniques and resources.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of students providing feedback and additional support as needed.
- Collaborate with hotel management to identify training needs and adjust programs accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and industry trends.

- Bachelors degree in English Education or a related field certification preferred.
- Proven experience as an English instructor preferably in a hospitality or corporate setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and resources.
- Organizational and timemanagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in the hospitality industry.
- Multilingual abilities with a preference for additional languages relevant to the hotels guest demographics.
- Knowledge of cultural nuances and communication styles in diverse international settings.
- Ability to develop and design new and unique content.
- Multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
- Demonstrated teamwork communication including ability to coach and deliver feedback in a constructive manner.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and team leadership skills.
- Strong management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
- Must be a highly capable user of Microsoft office programs including Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Fluency in verbal and written English is essential.
- Prior experience in preopening is a plus.
