Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Be responsible for the efficient handling of guests luggage adhering to proper checkin and checkout procedures.
- Rostering of Heartists directing and supervising the Heartists under your hierarchy
- Check/maintain the cleanliness of ground floor lobbies and main entrances with all brand standards
- Policies procedures and service standards
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling guests luggage
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- Previous service experience is an asset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs remain calm and courteous at all times
