What you will be doing:
- Assist in greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival.
- Provide exceptional customer service addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and courteously.
- Support the Guest Relations team with daily operations including checkins checkouts and reservations.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
- Assist in coordinating guest activities and special events.
- Contribute to the overall guest experience by ensuring a warm friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Gather guest feedback and work with the team to implement improvements.
Qualifications :
- Currently enrolled in a Hospitality Management Tourism or related program.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive attitude enthusiastic and eager to learn.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
