As a Digital Performance Marketing Lead you ll be responsible for crafting and executing highimpact digital marketing campaigns that engage and convert. You will oversee a variety of digital channels from programmatic advertising to Google Ads while leveraging deep data insights to optimize performance across multiple platforms. In this role your expertise will fuel measurable business growth through strategic ad placements audience targeting and continuous campaign refinement.
Your Day Might Include:
- Designing and managing programmatic ad campaigns across different platforms.
- Creating and refining social media advertising strategies to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Managing and optimizing Google Ads (Search Display) to improve user acquisition rates.
- Implementing SEO and ASO best practices to enhance visibility and performance for both web and app store pages.
- Developing email marketing campaigns that nurture leads boost engagement and drive conversions.
- Integrating deep links using tools like Adjust and aligning campaigns with our CleverTap analytics platform.
- Analyzing campaign data and translating insights into actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with the team to produce reports that measure success and inform future campaigns.
Requirements

- Proven experience in digital marketing specifically in programmatic advertising social media and Google Ads.
- A strong understanding of SEO ASO and best practices for optimizing websites and app store listings.
- Handson experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with Adjust CleverTap or similar analytics platforms for tracking and optimizing user behavior.
