JOB TITLE
Senior Manager Finance MAF Retail Head Office KSA
ROLE SUMMARY
The Senior Manager Finance will oversee and direct the financial operations of a number of stores within the different district. The role involves managing district finance managers ensuring financial integrity driving profitability and providing financial insights to relevant stakeholders including head of commercial operations and district commercial managers to support business growth as per the predefined strategy for the country.
ROLE PROFILE
- Supervise and mentor district finance managers ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Foster a culture of accountability continuous improvement and professional development within the finance team.
- Coordinate with district managers to ensure execution of financial strategies and analyze the financial performance of the different stores against budgets and forecast.
- Provide comparative analysis to define optimization opportunities regarding commercial profitability cost structures and working capital.
- Drive initiatives to improve financial performance including stock controls cost control margin improvement and efficiency gains.
- Monitor receiving and CCO performance within the districts Identify and mitigate financial risks across the districts.
- Manage the quarterly and semiannual stock take in coordination with District finance and district managers.
- Collaborate with district managers to optimize inventory management pricing strategies and other operational areas impacting financial performance.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or any related field.
- 7 of working experience in finance.
- Demonstrated high level skills in management.
- Experienced communicator ability to develop stakeholder engagement.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail.
