Business Development Executive

We welcome prospective team members who can help push our vision forward. Were currently looking for an experienced business development executive who can work with multiple departments to drive measurable results that benefit our business. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in advertising and digital a strong understanding of the market that can boost revenue and set our company apart.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation:

o Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities.

o Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and drive sales growth.

2. Client Acquisition:

o Engage with potential clients to understand their business objectives and advertising needs.

o Prepare and deliver compelling presentations proposals and pitches to secure new business.

3. Relationship Management:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

o Act as the main point of contact for new clients during the on boarding process.

4. Sales & Market Analysis:

o Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitor activities.

o Market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.

o Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of sales and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles including digital and traditional media.
  • Sharp Negotiation & Organization skills

Job Types: Fulltime Permanent

Pay: RO150.000 RO200.000 per month

Experience:

  • Marketing and Sales: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • Hindi (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Oman Driving License (Preferred)

Work Location: On the road

Expected Start Date: 15/10/2024
