Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in identifying, researching, and qualifying new business leads within the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. You will support Business Development Managers in the development and execution of client strategies, ensuring our approach aligns with market needs. Your responsibilities will include preparing impactful client presentations, detailed proposals, and comprehensive sales reports that highlight our competitive advantages.
You will also manage our CRM systems to effectively track the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate data entry and insightful reporting. Your role will involve coordinating and attending meetings, conferences, and industry events, providing you with valuable networking opportunities. Collaboration is key; you will work closely with internal teams to ensure our solutions are tailored to meet client needs effectively.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking candidates with 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the pharmaceutical or CDMO sectors. Proficiency in the French language is highly advantageous, allowing you to engage with a broader range of clients.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a results-oriented mindset and a genuine hunger for growth and professional development. Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential for this role. We value a willingness to learn and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
