Hill International is a global construction consulting firm that provides project management construction management and other consulting services to the construction industry. Our team of experts has a wide range of experience in various industries including transportation infrastructure energy and real estate.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Madinah Saudi Arabia. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of a largescale construction project in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management with experience in managing complex projects in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the project including budget schedule quality and safety
Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets
Lead and coordinate project team members including contractors consultants and vendors
Monitor project progress and ensure that all project milestones are met
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular project updates
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Manage project changes and ensure that they are properly documented and approved
Prepare and present project reports to senior management
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among project team members
Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment processes
Participate in project meetings and provide guidance and support to team members as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field
Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management preferably in the construction industry
Experience managing largescale projects in the Middle East is highly desirable
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
Strong knowledge of project management principles techniques and tools
Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite
PMP certification is a plus
