Hill International is a global construction consulting firm that provides program and project management construction management and other consulting services to clients in the construction industry. Hill International is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the construction of a new serviced apartment complex in Madinah Saudi Arabia. The Construction Manager will be responsible for managing the entire construction process from preconstruction planning to project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee construction schedules budgets and project plans
Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and other project stakeholders
Ensure that all construction activities comply with local building codes and regulations
Monitor and manage project progress including quality control and safety
Review and approve contractor invoices and change orders
Conduct regular site inspections and provide progress reports to senior management
Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
Manage project budget and ensure cost control measures are in place
Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment
Ensure timely and efficient completion of the project within budget and schedule
Maintain strong relationships with clients consultants and contractors
Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Experience in managing the construction of highrise residential or hospitality projects
Strong knowledge of construction processes materials and techniques
Excellent project management communication and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia is preferred
Willingness to relocate to Madinah Saudi Arabia for the duration of the project
