Senior Project Manager

This position will be based in our office in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. The city is known for its vibrant culture rich history and rapid economic growth. It offers a unique blend of traditional and modern lifestyle making it an ideal place to live and work.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the project from start to finish. Your main duties will include:

1. Leading the project team and ensuring that all members are working towards the project goals and objectives.

2. Developing and implementing project plans schedules and budgets.

3. Identifying and managing project risks and issues and developing contingency plans to mitigate them.

4. Communicating with clients stakeholders and team members to ensure project progress and address any concerns or issues.

5. Managing project resources including personnel equipment and materials to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.

6. Conducting regular project meetings and providing reports to senior management on project progress budget and performance.

7. Ensuring that all project deliverables are completed on time within budget and to the required quality standards.

8. Implementing project management best practices and continuously improving processes to increase project efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field.

2. Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management preferably in the construction industry.

3. Proven track record of successfully delivering largescale projects on time and within budget.

4. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.

5. Excellent communication negotiation and problemsolving skills.

6. Proficiency in project management software and tools.

7. Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to construction projects in Saudi Arabia.

8. PMP or other project management certifications are preferred.
