We are partnering with a provider of Facility Management and Catering solutions dedicated to delivering innovative and efficient services in the KSA market. We are seeking a dynamic and detailoriented Contracting Manager to join their team and oversee the administration and execution of contracts particularly within their catering services sector.
The Contracting Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that all contractual obligations are met while adhering to the companys policies and procedures. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills as the Contracting Manager will collaborate with clients support the COO and oversee the operational phase of contracts.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Contractual Compliance and Administration:
- Apply and follow all contractual obligations and the companys policies and procedures throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Assist with procurement tender processes appointment and contracting administration for both service and material supply.
2. Client Support and Communication:
- Provide administrative support and communication to clients/customers ensuring their needs are met effectively.
3. Catering Contract Administration:
- Support the COO in the contractual administration of all catering contracts during the operational phase.
- Track and consolidate all daily reports and catering operational service reports ensuring accurate documentation.
4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and consolidate Catering Service Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) consumption and reconciliation reports.
- Monitor project locations issue logs and risk assessments addressing potential concerns proactively.
- Provide ongoing reports to the COO regarding monthly progress and activities related to various projects.
5. Operational Support:
- Assist in the development of operational phase collateral including daily run sheets operational plans policies and procedures.
- Manage and draft all key documentation at all stages of contract execution ensuring clarity and compliance.
6. Project Management:
- Understand key timelines milestones and deliverables of projects supporting the COO in tracking progress and meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure effective execution of contract terms and conditions.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in overseeing contracting operations.
- Experience in facility management industry is a Must.
- Experience in Catering services is a Plus.
- Strong understanding of contract law procurement processes and facility management operations.
- Must be an Arabic Speaker with Fluency in English.
