Event Logistics Job Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate Travel Arrangements:

*Arrange transportation (flights ground transportation) for performers artists and other event participants.

*Ensure timely pickup and dropoff for all scheduled events.

2. Hotel Accommodations:

*Book suitable accommodation for performers and other guests.

*Manage room blocks and special requests to ensure comfort and satisfaction.

3. Onsite Coordination:

*Be present at the venue during events to handle any logistical issues.

*Coordinate with technical and stage crews to ensure smooth operations.

4. Itinerary Management:

*Develop and distribute detailed itineraries for performers and event staff.

*Manage any changes to schedules promptly and efficiently.

5. Vendor Management:

*Liaise with external vendors such as catering transportation companies and accommodation providers.

*Negotiate contracts and rates to ensure costeffective arrangements.

Sponsorship Coordination Job Responsibilities:

1. Identify Potential Sponsors:

*Research and identify potential sponsors for various events.

*Develop and maintain a database of potential and existing sponsors.

2. Develop Sponsorship Proposals:

*Create compelling sponsorship packages that align with potential sponsors marketing goals.

*Customize proposals to fit the needs of different sponsors.

3. Pitch and Secure Sponsorships:

*Approach and pitch to potential sponsors through meetings presentations and followups.

*Negotiate terms and finalize sponsorship agreements.

4. Maintain Sponsor Relationships:

*Ensure all sponsored deliverables are met before during and after events.

*Provide regular updates to sponsors on event progress and outcomes.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

*Track sponsorship revenues and prepare reports for senior management.

*Analyze the success of sponsorship activities and suggest improvements for future events

Required Skill & Qualifications:

Education:

*Bachelors degree in Event Management Marketing Business Administration Hospitality or a related field.

Experience:

*Minimum of 34 years of experience in event planning logistics or sponsorship coordination.

*Proven track record in successfully securing sponsorship deals and managing event logistics.

Skills:

*Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.

*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

*Strong negotiation and sales skills.

*Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.

Personal Attributes:

*Highly motivated and proactive.

*Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.

*Flexible to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed for events.

Additional Requirements:

*Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.

*Knowledge of the local market and existing relationships with potential sponsors is a plus.

Job Type: Fulltime

Pay: QAR4000.00 per month
