The Role
Are you a Site Manager with large scale internals & interiors experience on Buildings You must have a track record for a Fit Out Contractor or Buildings Main Contractor. 2 New Projects that we need a strong internal package manager finishes or internal trades manager for. Its not about the job tittles Tim but the ATTITUDE and experience out on site. 5 * Hotel 200 Rooms with all associated F&B facilities that you would expect from a Leading Global Brand Private Palace for a VVIP We are talking architecturally challenging work with some very high end materials and technology going into this building. Do you have clear experience handling large scale fixtures and finishes on Major 5*Hotels High End Residential Shopping Malls & Mixed Use Projects. We need someone with the right attitude to drive site standards on site. You will need to roll the sleeves up and drive productivity and standards on site. Can you mentor upskill and train the tradesman on site to achieve better quality Are you capable to perform calm under pressure and can get the best from the teams. Essentially you will be able to get the best out of your teams working for you on site. Both Projects are valued at over $400 Million and both projects will peak with circa 1800 Labor on site during the peak of the project. Essentially this role will lead internal subcontractors and tradesman to deliver high end finishes on site. Can you communicate upstream and downstream to keep a harmonious project
Requirements
Role Striving for the best quality finishes and end product possible on site Working within the site management team Liaising with all internal & external stakeholder to achieve deadlines are hit Communicating clearly and removing issues that stand in the way of project success Ensuring that no corners are cut on site from the top to bottom Push for the best safety and standards first time everyone gets home Before applying Client is seeking a trades background ideally Carpentry Relevant experience delivering Fit Out Internal and Finishes packages on major Projects You understand its a 6 day working week on site Does your CV clearly list relevant projects & values such as Hotels Residential Can you supply references upon request Able to commence employment before the 10th of November 2024
