Role Overview
Our client is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with assigned client accounts. This role based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia involves working closely with clients to drive account growth increase retention and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have more than 3 years of experience strong relationshipbuilding skills and a customercentric mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts building strong relationships and understanding their business needs.
Develop and execute account plans outlining strategies for growth and retention.
Identify upselling and crossselling opportunities within existing accounts collaborating with internal teams to drive revenue growth.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products or services to clients.
Proactively engage with clients address their concerns and provide personalized support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Performance Management
Monitor account performance track key metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
Stay updated with industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities that may impact client accounts.
CrossFunctional Collaboration
Collaborate with internal teams including sales marketing and customer support to ensure seamless operations and a consistent client experience.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
5 years of proven experience in account management with a track record of managing and growing client accounts.
Excellent relationshipbuilding and communication skills with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management.
Customerfocused mindset with the ability to proactively engage with clients and deliver exceptional service.
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working within the MENA region.
Familiarity with data sovereignty and residency requirements in Saudi Arabia.
