The Role of Sales Manager :

We currently have an opportunity for a Sales Manager to join our Four Seasons Hotel Madinah opening team!

Reporting into the Director of Sales you will be res ponsible for supporting the hotel sales strategies and assisting the Director of Sales in achieving business growth and profitability objectives .

Res ponsibilities will include assisting in the development of the annual marketing plan and budget reviewing market analysis and determining client needs fostering good communication and working productively with all Worldwide Sales Offices enhancing the hotels community image ensuring sales goals and incentive programs are implemented coordinating special sales activities promotions trips and trade shows and managing key accounts and developing new relationships; ensuring we maximize sales grow business share and maintain the highest level of professionalism through the industry.

Our Ideal Sales Manager candidate will have :

As the brand ambassador you will be well connected and have a strong p res ence within the hospitality travel and luxury arena . You will ideally have preopening experience and y ou should be strategic have a proactive approach a strong drive for res ults creativity in developing sales and marketing solutions and a proven track record of success as evidenced by your res ults.

It is important to us that you bring a strong sense of quality an eye for detail a collaborative nature a pas sion for talent management and development and that you have exceptional p res entation communication and writing skills .
