About the location:
Steps from the Prophets Mosque our Hotel will offer luxury accommodation for the citys 1.5 million annual visitors. The newbuild hotel will be located at the heart of Madinah and steps from one of the most historic and significant sites in the region: AlMasjid anNabawi also known as the Prophets Mosque. Madinah is also home to the Quba Mosque which is regarded as the oldest mosque in the world.The Role of the Assistant Accounting Manager
The role of an Assistant Accounting Manager within the Finance Department is crucial in ensuring the efficient functioning of various financial operations. Under the guidance of the Finance Business Manager the Assistant Accounting Manager oversees several key areas such as payroll management accounts payable processes and general cashiering.
One of the primary responsibilities of an Assistant Accounting Manager is to ensure smooth payroll operations within the organization. This includes managing employee compensation packages calculating salaries and wages accurately overseeing deductions and benefits programs as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant local policies and procedures in relation to payroll activities.
The Assistant Accounting Manager also plays a vital role in managing accounts payable functions. This involves overseeing invoice processing and payment disbursements to vendors and suppliers. The manager ensures that all invoices are accurately recorded in accordance with both local and corporate policies and procedures. Effective coordination with various departments is crucial to prevent any disruptions or delays in payment processes.

Knowledge and Skills
2 years experience in similar job in hospitality industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong working knowledge backoffice accounting systems (Opera GS&C SUN)
Ability to work with all hotel systems and maintain a high attention to detail.
Highest level of integrity and transparency
Apply an ethical approach to the outcome of situations.
Work in a safe prudent and organized manner
