Our client is seeking a Business Development Representative to lead the charge in generating new business opportunities building meaningful client relationships and expanding their customer base. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Research and identify potential clients through cold calling email social media and networking. Qualify leads and assess fit with company offerings.
Relationship Building:
Develop strong relationships with prospects positioning the company as a trusted partner and maintaining longterm client relationships.
Pipeline Management:
Collaborate with sales to manage a pipeline track leads via CRM tools and ensure followups.
Collaboration:
Work with marketing on lead generation strategies and with product teams to gather client feedback. Assist senior sales in closing deals.
Market Research & Analysis:
Analyze market trends competitor activity and provide insights for growth opportunities.
Reporting & Demos:
Track performance metrics (leads conversion rates) and deliver presentations/demos to clients.
Requirements
13 years of sales or business development experience.
Strong communication problemsolving and CRM proficiency (Salesforce HubSpot etc.).
Customerfocused with a proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
