The Nespresso story began with a simple but revolutionary idea: enable anyone to create the perfect cup of coffee just like a sed barista. From this beginning more than 30 years ago the Nespresso brand concept the Nespresso Trilogy: exceptional coffees smart and stylish coffee machines and personalized exclusive services has revolutionized the way people enjoy their coffee and has evolved from pioneer to being the reference in portioned premium coffee.


Nespresso worldwide since its launch has enjoyed growth year on year. Our ambitions for coming years are sky high. Currently we are looking for Marketing Manager with the mission to:

Drive the Nespressos business results and brand image (B2C & B2B) by adapting and implementing the global marketing strategy into the local market and ensuring the Nespresso customer experience across all customer touchpoints & across all channels.


A Day in the Life of a Marketing Manager:

Drive business results and brand image

  • Ensure collection and ysis of external data (market and consumers) and internal data (channels)
  • Ensure generation of insights and formulation of recommendations for the entire Nespresso organization
  • Ensure development of the consumer journey strategy (consistent across all touchpoints)
  • Ensure communication of the consumer journey strategy guidelines to channels
  • Ensure communication of a highquality and consistent brand image across all marketing initiatives (e.g. IAP CRM initiatives product launches)
  • Leads improvement of business results by providing marketing tools to B2C and B2B channels
  • Ensure collection of feedback from channels to further improve the consumer journey strategy and marketing initiatives
  • Ensure activation of Nespresso consumer base to drive business results


Department and Management Responsibilities

  • As part of the local Management Team drive the overall organisations business results by making tactical and strategic decisions and by building the organisation in a sustainable way
  • Drive innovative solutions relevant for Nespresso by following the latest developments in the field and stay uptodate on competitors
  • Act as a spokesperson within the organisation and in the Management Team and be the endresponsible for the department and the departments results
  • Translate the global strategy to local market needs and define initiatives to achieve business results
  • Ensure that optimal investments and decisions are made in the OP process for both CAPEX and OPEX in collaboration with Finance
  • Lead leaders by promoting leadership ss
  • Manage the P&L/budget within the department
  • Align with HQ stakeholder and other markets counterparts on strategy priorities and best practices
  • Improve and implement efficient ways of working in line with the operational plan and company guidelines


People & Performance Management

  • Attract and retain talent develop the personal effectiveness of employees by regular coaching and implementation of learning activities
  • Build a strong team where teammembers collaborate effectively and understand their shared goals and purpose
  • Set individual performance goals that provide a clear line of sight to organizational priorities and monitor progress towards achievement of goals by use of the PDP odology
  • Lead by example in terms of NLF behaviors and safety leadership
  • Build the Nespresso culture by promoting and supporting a happy healthy and safe working environment that encourages teamwork ambition and a high level of professionalism


What will make you successful

  • MSc/MA level in Marketing Business/economics or other relevant field
  • More than 10 years marketing experience
  • Extensive commercial experience in marketing and sales with a strategic mindset preferably in a high end luxury brand or multinational FMCG
  • Extensive organizational and leadership experience
  • Experience in Marketing Communications (having designed and deployed strategical Brand Campaigns) market research/CRM/Brand Marketing/Product Management
